To become a House of Knives Band-Aid+ member, pick up a Band Aid+ application kit and membership card when you make a transaction at any participating House of Knives store.

 

Once you have the Band-Aid+ membership kit, register your card online and in your name to activate the card. Registration requires a valid email address.
