HOW DO I BECOME A HOUSE OF KNIVES BAND-AID+ MEMBER?

To become a House of Knives Band-Aid+ member, pick up a Band-Aid+ application kit and membership card when you make a transaction at any participating House of Knives store.

WHAT IF I'M ALREADY A REGULAR BAND-AID MEMBER?

Even if you have been registered as a Band-Aid member at one of our stores, you still need to pick up a membership card at one of our locations and activate it to start collecting Edge Points. Edge Points cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made prior to activating a Band-Aid+ membership account.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A HOUSE OF KNIVES BAND-AID+ MEMBER?

In addition to receiving an extended warranty most of your purchases, Band-Aid+ members earn Edge Points every time you shop. These Edge Points can be converted to credits for savings on merchandise at any of our participating stores.

DO I NEED TO PAY A MEMBERSHIP FEE TO BECOME A HOUSE OF KNIVES BAND-AID+ MEMBER?

No, the Band-Aid+ program is offered for free.

CAN I LINK MY MEMBERSHIP CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Band-Aid+ memberships cannot be linked or transferred to another person.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE?

Simply login to your account and follow the prompts.

WHAT DO I REQUIRE TO REDEEM MY EDGE POINT CREDITS?

To redeem Edge Points, simply present your Band-Aid+ card or ID label at time of payment at any participating House of Knives store. Photo ID may also be required to protect our customers from fraud.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DON'T HAVE MY CARD WHILE SHOPPING?

If you don't have your Band-Aid+ card with you when you make a purchase, your transaction can be registered to your account if you provide the same phone number you used when you activated your account. Although you can receive Edge Points on your account if you provide your phone number, you cannot redeem Edge Points credits without your membership card.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED USING EDGE POINT CREDITS?

If Edge Points credits were initially used to purchase the items being returned, these credits will automatically be returned to the Band-Aid+ member's account that was used for the original purchase. The difference, if any, will be refunded as per the original payment type and as per the terms and conditions listed on the back of the receipt. The Band-Aid+ membership card is not required for exchanges or refunds.
