Due to the volume of orders in December we cannot guarantee anything ordered after December 12th will get to the customer before Christmas.
Free Shipping
House of Knives is pleased to offer free standard shipping on most orders over $99 dollars (Canadian) before applicable taxes and after Edge Point credits, coupons, and other discounts have been applied. If your total before tax purchase is $99 dollars or more, select the 'ship order' option and the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your purchase. This free shipping offer is not applicable to orders being shipped to the Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories. Some oversized items may also be excluded from this offer and the $99 free shipping option will be deactivated.
Pick up at Store (Free)
You have the option to pick up your purchase directly at one of our 14 House of Knives store locations in British Columbia within 30 days of your order being processed. During the check-out process, select the option 'Pick up in store' and choose your preferred store location. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up at your specified location. To pick up your merchandise you will need to present a valid piece of picture ID (Driver's License, etc.) and your confirmation of purchase (i.e., a printout of your order confirmation email).
If you are picking up an item that was purchased for you as a gift, you will be requested to present picture ID and the ID must match the name listed as the recipient of the gift.
